Information
This online decompression planner is a tool for certified technical divers to help plan decompression dives. Using the plan and the parameters given by the user, this planner will generate the full decompression plan to help conduct the dive. Important: This tool should only be used as an assistance to plan the dive. On the actual dive, a technical diver should always have a minimum of 2 technical dive computers.
If you want more information, read the full guide to using this online decompression planner.
Features
Model/Decompression features:
- Uses the Bühlmann ZHL-16 C/B models
- Completely customisable conservatism profile using GF Low/GF High
- Helium/Trimix supported
Planning & Risk Analysis:
- Generates a main plan, a contingency (deeper + longer) plan, and a lost gas plan for each decompression gas available.
- Automatically calculates the required gas amount for each plan, and gives the total amount required for each gas according to the rule of thirds.
- Checks the final OTU, CNS-single, CNS-daily limits for each plan.
Customization:
- Customizable environmental conditions (water density, altitude, pressure)
- Control over the key parameters (ascent/descent rate, last stop, decompression ppO2, decompression END, duration of gas switch, etc...)
Making Decompression Visible:
- Easy-to-understand decompression tables
- Generates an interactive graph to visualize the Nitrogen/Helium saturation in the tissue after each stop.
- Generates the dive profile, superimposed with the depth ceiling.
